Cucumber, Avocado, And Feta Salad

This refreshing, tangy salad is easy and quick to make. I found the original recipe on Pinterest and made some small changes.
Ingredients
Salad
- 2 cucumbers, seeds removed, chopped into bite-sized pieces shopping list
- 3 ripe avacados, chopped into bite-sized pieces shopping list
- 1 box Athenos Traditional Feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
Dressing
- Juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 T. finely chopped fresh baby dill shopping list
- Salt and black pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place salad ingredients in a bowl.
- In separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over salad, and gently toss to distribute evenly.
