Roasted Chickea Garnish For Tomato Soup

- Combine: shopping list
- 2 garlic gloves shopping list
- 1 oz diced ham or prosciutto shopping list
- 1/2 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed shopping list
- Drizzle with 1 T. olive oil shopping list
- Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
- Salt shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Toss all together and roast in a 450° F. oven for 20 to 23 minutes; tossing a couple times while roasting.
- 2. Remove from oven and set aside until ready to garnish soup. If made ahead, slightly warm in a microwave or skillet before adding to soup.
