How to make it

  • 1. Toss all together and roast in a 450° F. oven for 20 to 23 minutes; tossing a couple times while roasting.
  • 2. Remove from oven and set aside until ready to garnish soup. If made ahead, slightly warm in a microwave or skillet before adding to soup.
