How to make it

  • Beat 1/2 cup sugar (I use a bit less) , 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp grey poupon mustard, 1/4 c. white vinegar, 2/3 cup oil.
  • Grate a little onion into the dressing.
  • Add toasted sesame seeds to salad.
  • For a change you can substitue strawberries for the oranges and poppy seeds or toasted sliced almonds instead of sesame seeds and use fresh baby spinach instead of the romaine lettuce.
  • Enjoy!
