Eggs On Potato Gratin

- Potato Gratin leftovers, I would say I had about 1 cup of leftovers shopping list
- 1 tbsp single cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 room temperature eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Place the leftover potatoes in a small baking dish.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with parmesan.
- Pour the cream over the potatoes.
- Season with pepper and salt to taste.
- Crack the eggs in the centre. See Photo
- Bake for 15 to 20 min. The baking time depends on how runny your like your eggs. I like mine runny so 15 min did it for me.
