  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Combine dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined using a fork or wire whisk. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Makes 8 to 10 servings.

    I've made this several times now. I omit the salt as I find the bacon and cheese give it plenty of salt. I also use the sugar reduced Ocean Spray Craisin's and unsalted raw sunflower seeds. The flavours go really well together, we just love this salad! Added to IMI: Broccoli And Cranberry Salad

    Cosmicmother ate it and said...
    Made this to spec except reduced the sugar in half. It was very delicious! I thought some of us wouldn't like the cranberry in it, but everyone devoured it. The cranberries softened while they sat in the dressing and just melted in your mouth, all the flavours melded together so well. This is now my all time favorite broccoli salad! :)
