Creamy Peas With Bacon In Nest

- 1 can tiny peas shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 1 large potato, peeled and cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 slices of bacon, cook crispy and crumbled shopping list
- 1/2cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup shave or shredded Parmesan cheese shopping list
- Tsp parsley shopping list
- Dash salt and pepper shopping list
- Filo pastry shopping list
- Melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potato in a little water until just tender, drain and set aside
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray muffin tin with a little vegetable spray
- Cut FILO in half. And butter each sheet with a little melted bitter.
- Place three or four 1/2 sheets in each muffin tin
- In skillet, melt 1/2 stick butter, add onion and mushrooms, sauté until onion is tender
- Stir in potatoes, bacon, parsley, creole seasoning, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook ofer med low heat for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Divide mixture into FILO cups and bake for 15 minutes or until cups are light brown
