Chocolate Mousse

My French teacher taught me how to make this one! You can use different types of chocolate, layers, fruit... Really easy treat!
Ingredients
- 16 oz Whipping Cream shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 16 oz semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- (Optional) Fruit shopping list
How to make it
- Whip the whipping cream in a large bowl until light and fluffy
- In a small, separate bowl, whip egg whites until fluffy
- Melt chocolate chips
- GENTLY mix all ingredients together with the whipping cream
- Refrigerate until serve, top with fruit
- ENJOY!
