How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • Mash together avocado, egg, sugars, xylitol and vanilla.
  • Add flours, egg replacer, whey powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt and mix in well.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop onto the cookie sheet
  • Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on the sheets.
