  • Use

  • Makes the equivalent of approx. 45 – 50 eggs
  • To substitute for 1 egg, whisk together 1/2 tbsp Homemade Ener - G Egg Replacer and 3 tbsp warm water

    Potato, arrowroot and tapioca starches; are they the same when labeled flours? And can instant potato flakes be ground up to a powder and subbed for the starch?
