How to make it

  • Chop up all of the vegetables and put into a large pot. Put in all of the tomato puree and diced tomatoes. Add spices.
  • Cover and cook until the vegetables are soft and the cabbage is well cooked.
  • Serve on a bed of rice or a bed of egg noodles.
  • * You can also add chopped tofu, or ground beef or ground turkey for more flavor.
