Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix your rice, water and cans of cream soup in an 8x8 casserole dish. Get 12 large precooked shrimp and place them in your rice mix then sprinkle a thin layer of extra rice over the top of this (3 Tablespoons full). Take the colored peppers yellow, orange or red and split them then place them on top . Take you fish fillet next and lay them out on top and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder & red pepper flakes. Next put 1/3 stick salted butter on each fillet and last sprinkle a small amount of Asian fish sauce on each buttered fillet. Place in preheated oven at 325. Mine took an hour and 25 or so minutes..
