Easy Rice And Beef Skillet

- 1 cup white rice shopping list
- 1 lb. thin, Bulgogi sliced beef shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 4 - 5 tbsp peanut oil shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 4 tblsp. roasted peanuts, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Boil rice in 2 cups water until done. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, dice onion and cut beef into small strips. Saute in peanut oil until onion and beef are cooked.
- Add sour cream and cream cheese, stir until blended. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over beef mixture as a garnish.
