How to make it

  • Bake the chicken in a 400° oven until done, remove from oven and let cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese and ranch dressing.
  • Stir in cashews, onions and pickle relish.
  • In a food processor, chop the chicken until they are in tiny peices but not paste.
  • Add the chicken to the cream cheese mixture and stir completely.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, serve on crescent rolls, pita bread or a bed of lettuce.
  • ENJOY!!
