How to make it

  • Peel your potatoes, and cover them with water, in a large pot. Boil until soft, and add your finely chopped celery, and onion. Boil until celery is soft, and LEAVE THE WATER IN THE POT! Grab a large fork, and mix your potatoes,onion, and celery together, mushing them as you go. The mixture should be slightly watery, but the cheese will fix that! Slowly stir in your cheese, allowing it to melt as you stir. The mixture will now be really thick, so fold in your ranch and milk. Let it boil for another 5-10 minutes, and serve with your bacon and basil on top!
