How to make it

  • Prepare rice aroni according to package directions
  • In a large skillet, sauté chicken, ham and sausage in a little olive oil
  • Until lightly browned
  • Stir in onions, celery, bell pepper and butter and cook over medium low heat until tender.
  • Stir in tomatoes, salsa, and spices
  • Lower heat to low, cover and cook 5 minutes
  • In casserole dish, place 1/2 the rice in bottom of dish
  • Top with half of the sauce meat and mixture
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese
  • Top with second layer of rice
  • Top with remaining meat sauce mixture and top with cheese
  • Bake in preheated 350 onpven for 15-20 minutes
