Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix, chill, and serve.
  • I like a little more lemon juice and less stevia, but you can vary the proportions to suit your own taste, or add minced onion for additional flavor.

I was intrigued by this "Sugar-Free Coleslaw Dressing" as I too have a "vinegar-hating husband" and avoid sugar. I also have a bottle of stevia in the cupboard which I had been gifted years ago and have never used. I also had some fresh lemons in the fridge. This dressing was surprisingly good: tangy, fresh, and no stevia aftertaste. What an easy way to improve coleslaw! This recipe is a keeper. Thank you MissouriFarmWife for sharing your recipe.
