How to make it

  • Mix flour with salt by hand and gradually pour water or milk. as soon as mixture is feathery slowly add the oil. you will need 3-4 tablespoons flour to gathet the dough.
  • Let dough rest for 30 minutes then cut into 7 balls. roll into a stick then a coil then roll out into very thin skin thick circles.
  • on a griddle that has been heated on medium heat for ten minutes drop ur first circle each side should take a minute or less.
