How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with SilPat or parchment.
  • In a large bowl mix together the oats, seeds and salt..
  • Mix caramel sauce with protein powder until smooth, then pour over the dry ingredients and mix to coat.
  • Spread the granola evenly on the pan.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, rotate the pan, bake for another 12 minutes.
  • Crack open the oven door for 1 minute, then turn off the oven, shut the door and let the granola cool in the oven for another 40 minutes.
  • Let cool completely, then break the granola into large chunks and stir in the dried apple.
