Olio Di Oliva Tuna Salad

Tuna salad made with Olive Oil and Italian seasonings portioned to serve one that is easily increased to feed as many as desired. Ingredients
- 1 5oz. can Albacore Tuna packed in water shopping list
- 1/4 c. diced tomato shopping list
- 1/4 c. diced celery shopping list
- 1/8 c. diced Kalamata olives shopping list
- 1 t. capers shopping list
- 1/4 t. dry basil shopping list
- 1/4 t. dry oregano shopping list
- 1/4 t. dry parsley shopping list
- 1 T. olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 T. red wine vinegar shopping list
- salt and cracked pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 t. pine nuts optional shopping list
How to make it
- Drain canned tuna well.
- Place in bowl and add rest of ingredients.
- Toss gently to mix.
- Chill or eat immediately.
