How to make it

  • 1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt butter and cook onion until transluscent.
  • 2. Add rice and stir to coat, add vegetables and stir. Let warm for about 20 seconds stirring frequently. Turn up the heat and add the seasonings and broth. Stir; cover and bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes then remove from the heat and let set covered for another 20 minutes. Then Serve
