How to make it

  • Smash the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter;
  • Spoon the mixture into a baking tin greased with butter and chill in the fridge for some 15 to 30 minutes;
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cheese, the sugar and the orange juice to form a smooth even mixture;
  • Pour this mixture into the tin and return to the fridge for some 4 hours or so;
  • Decorate the cake with pieces of mandarin and chocolate shavings.
