How to make it

  • In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook pasta and sweet peas until tender (about 11 minutes or so), drain, and rinse.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, and Italian dressing mix. Stir until smooth.
  • Dice tomatoes, and drain olives. Add both to the salad bowl that has the dressing in it.
  • Add cooked, rinsed, and drained pasta and peas, and stir everything well.
  • Let sit in fridge until chilled. Stir before serving. Add 1-2 tbs of milk if pasta appears dry.
