Savoury Tallarines With Ginger And Spring Onion

- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil shopping list
- 10cm/4in fresh Ginger - sliced into long thin strips shopping list
- 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped shopping list
- 6 Spring Onions - finely sliced shopping list
- 2tbsp Sesame Oil shopping list
- Splashes Soy Sauce - to taste shopping list
- 2tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar shopping list
- ½Lemon - juice only shopping list
- 2tbsp Sesame Seeds shopping list
- 4tbsp fresh Coriander - chopped shopping list
- 1Packet Straight to Wok Noodles (or normal Chinese egg noodles - cooked) shopping list
How to make it
- When the oil is smoking, add the ginger, garlic and spring onions and stir fry for some 2 to 3 minutes or so, or until softened a bit;
- Add the noodles and stir fry until warmed through;
- Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and lemon juice and mix well to combine;
- Add the sesame seeds and stir fry for a further 1 to 2 minutes or so;
- Sprinkle over the coriander and stir well to combine;
- Serve.
