Spanish Seared Tuna With Pak Choi

- 2 fresh Tuna Steaks shopping list
- 2tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- Squeeze Lime Juice - to taste shopping list
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- PAK CHOI shopping list
- 2tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 1 to 2 Pak Choi - sliced shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic - finely chopped shopping list
- ½ to 1 Lime - juice only - to taste shopping list
- 2tsp Soy Sauce shopping list
- 4tsp chicken stock shopping list
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- PAK CHOI: Heat oil in a frying pan and sautée the pak choi for some 2 to 3 minutes or so;
- Stir in the garlic, lime juice and soy sauce and heat for a further 2 minutes or so;
- Add the stock, reduce the heat and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes or so to consistency required;
- Season to taste.
- TUNA: Heat the oil in a frying pan on a high heat, add the tuna and sear for a minute or two on each side or until just cooked to taste;
- Season to taste;
- Place the pak choi onto a warm serving plate and place the tuna on top;
- Serve.
