How to make it

  • PAK CHOI: Heat oil in a frying pan and sautée the pak choi for some 2 to 3 minutes or so;
  • Stir in the garlic, lime juice and soy sauce and heat for a further 2 minutes or so;
  • Add the stock, reduce the heat and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes or so to consistency required;
  • Season to taste.
  • TUNA: Heat the oil in a frying pan on a high heat, add the tuna and sear for a minute or two on each side or until just cooked to taste;
  • Season to taste;
  • Place the pak choi onto a warm serving plate and place the tuna on top;
  • Serve.
