Barbecued Garlic

- 8 heads of garlic shopping list
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary (Fresh oregano also may be used shopping list
- 4 tbsp. of butter shopping list
How to make it
- First you place the whole heads of garlic, prepared as for Roasted Garlic, on a sheet of your heavy-duty foil.
- Then you want top with butter (4 Tbsp per 8 Heads) and then a few sprigs of fresh rosemary or oregano.
- Now if the fresh herbs are unavailable, you can then substitute dried (2 tbsp of dried herbs for 8 heads of garlic).
- Next you want to fold the foil over the garlic and seal the package well.
- Finally you can then cook over hot coals for approx. 45 minutes, turning the package occasionally with tongs.
