How to make it

  • Bring milk, half and half and heavy whipping cream to a low boil.
  • Add crab meat, fresh parsley, Old Bay Seasoning ™, butter and pepper.
  • When it starts to boil, make a paste of the cornstarch and water and slowly add to soup until it is to your desired thickness, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
