Val's Cheese Ball

- 16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 10 oz. Velveeta shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4 oz. blue cheese shopping list
- 1/4 C. green olives with pimento, diced shopping list
- 1 onion, grated shopping list
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 TBS. garlic salt shopping list
- 6 oz. pecans, chopped, divided shopping list
- 1 TBS. paprika shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In large bowl, grate cheddar and Velveeta cheese, cover and let stand at room temperature for one hour.
- 2. Add softened cream cheese, blue cheese and mix. Let stand an additional hour.
- 3. Add all other ingredients except 3 oz. pecans and paprika.
- 4. Chill in refrigerator one hour.
- 5. Form into balls.
- 6. Combine remaining 3 oz. pecans and paprika, as coating.
- 7. Roll (divided) cheese balls into pecan and paprika.
- 8. Wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator
