How to make it

  • 1. In large bowl, grate cheddar and Velveeta cheese, cover and let stand at room temperature for one hour.
  • 2. Add softened cream cheese, blue cheese and mix. Let stand an additional hour.
  • 3. Add all other ingredients except 3 oz. pecans and paprika.
  • 4. Chill in refrigerator one hour.
  • 5. Form into balls.
  • 6. Combine remaining 3 oz. pecans and paprika, as coating.
  • 7. Roll (divided) cheese balls into pecan and paprika.
  • 8. Wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator
