How to make it

  • Spray 13 X 9 pan. Unfold phyllo and cover with damp towel. Line dish with one layer. Brush with butter. Repeat until 1/2 dough is used. Combine remaining ingredients and fill pan. Layer and butter rest of phyllo - tuck ends when too long.
  • Bake at 375 for approx. 50 min, until puffy and golden brown. Cool 10 min. at least. Easier to cut as it cools.
  • DO NOT OVERCOOK!
