Spinach Pie

- 1 package phyllo dough, defrosted shopping list
- 3 boxes (10 oz.)chopped spinach (diced, cooked)- drained 1 hour, then squeeze ALL water out, use towels. shopping list
- 2 C. onions, diced, sauteed shopping list
- nutmeg, small amount shopping list
- 8 oz feta cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. mozarella cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 sticks melted butter shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Spray 13 X 9 pan. Unfold phyllo and cover with damp towel. Line dish with one layer. Brush with butter. Repeat until 1/2 dough is used. Combine remaining ingredients and fill pan. Layer and butter rest of phyllo - tuck ends when too long.
- Bake at 375 for approx. 50 min, until puffy and golden brown. Cool 10 min. at least. Easier to cut as it cools.
- DO NOT OVERCOOK!
