Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed shopping list
- 1/8 cup butter shopping list
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix shopping list
- 1/2 Cup wine shopping list
- sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- Mushrooms, quartered shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese shopping list
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/2 Cup wine, and if still too thick, 1/2 cup water. shopping list
How to make it
- Put chicken, butter and dressing mix in slow cooker; add wine and pepper flakes. Mix together and cook on low for 1 hour. Add mushrooms and cook on low for another hour.
- Add cream cheese and soup, mix together Add wine and water if needed. Cook on high for another 1/2 hour or until heated through and warm. Serve over buttered noodles.
