Super Moist Slow Cooker Meatloaf

- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 3/4 c. milk shopping list
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced small shopping list
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 pound ground beef shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Beat eggs and add milk, bread crumbs, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Crumble ground beef over this mixture and gently fold together with a fork.
- 2. Fold 2 pieces of aluminum foil into 2 long strips (to help lift meatloaf out when done) and put into the bottom of the crock pot so they cross, like an “X”.
- 3. Put the meat mixture in and lightly pat it into a loaf shape, leaving some room around the sides.
- 4. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
- 5. If you like a glaze, can also add your favorite for the last 30 minutes or so.
