How to make it

  • Mash the banana, coconut oil, vanilla, stevia, salt and nutmeg together in a medium bowl.
  • Stir in the flour and ground tigernuts until completely combined, and then mix in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  • Dip the frozen truffles in the melted chocolate and place them on a lined cookie sheet until set
