Smoked Salmon Spread

- 1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 6 ounces smoked salmon, chopped (buy the best that you can afford) shopping list
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 drops Sriracha sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers shopping list
How to make it
- In food processor bowl, combine cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, Sriracha sauce, dill and onion until well blended.
- Add the chopped capers and 2/3 of the chopped smoked salmon and blend well.
- Remove to another bowl, add the remaining 1/3 chopped smoked salmon and fold into mixture.
- Chill for a few hours or overnight to let flavors get happy with each other.
- Serve with bagel chips, crackers or just grab a spoon and dig in.
- Note: Use whatever hot sauce you like. Taste and add more if necessary. You can use dried dill, but fresh is best.
