How to make it

  • In food processor bowl, combine cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, Sriracha sauce, dill and onion until well blended.
  • Add the chopped capers and 2/3 of the chopped smoked salmon and blend well.
  • Remove to another bowl, add the remaining 1/3 chopped smoked salmon and fold into mixture.
  • Chill for a few hours or overnight to let flavors get happy with each other.
  • Serve with bagel chips, crackers or just grab a spoon and dig in.
  • Note: Use whatever hot sauce you like. Taste and add more if necessary. You can use dried dill, but fresh is best.
