How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
  • To use:
  • Combine 1 Tbs of mixture with 1 Tbs olive and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Add 2 micro planed cloves of garlic, cubes of chicken and marinate for 2-4 hours.
