How to make it

  • Place the dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder into a food processor. I used my mini processor.
  • Cover, and blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. The mixture will be very sticky.
  • Scrape mixture into a small bowl and add the coconut and nuts.
  • Mix well and and scrape into a parchment lined loaf pan.
  • Put the mixture into the fridge to harden, about one hour.
  • Cut into bars and wrap individual bars with plastic wrap.
  • Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
