Energy Bars

                    - 1 cup chopped dates shopping list
- 3/4 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, I used Fry's shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup roasted slivered almonds shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Place the dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder into a food processor. I used my mini processor.
- Cover, and blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. The mixture will be very sticky.
- Scrape mixture into a small bowl and add the coconut and nuts.
- Mix well and and scrape into a parchment lined loaf pan.
- Put the mixture into the fridge to harden, about one hour.
- Cut into bars and wrap individual bars with plastic wrap.
- Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
