Low Country Boil

- 6 quarts water shopping list
- 2 lemons, cut into quarters shopping list
- 3/4 cup Old Bay Seasoning TM (or your favorite seafood seasoning) shopping list
- 2 pounds new red potatoes, cut in half or quarters shopping list
- 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces shopping list
- 12 ears corn - husked, cleaned and broken into thirds shopping list
- 4 pounds large fresh shrimp, unpeeled shopping list
- 3 pounds king crab legs shopping list
How to make it
- Bring water and Old Bay Seasoning to boil in a large stockpot. Throw in the lemons.
- Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add in the crab legs and shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes.
- Drain immediately and serve.
- Eat outside on deck..no mess in the house that way. Is just as good reheated too.
