How to make it

  • Chop your cabbage up as fine as you like it, I like mine fine.
  • Shred the carrot and add to cabbage.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix until sugar is dissolved and mixed in well.
  • Salt and pepper liquid mix to taste and mix again.
  • Pour liquid mix in to cabbage and carrots and mix very well.
  • Cover and let stand at room temperature for an hour or so.
  • Mix again before serving.
  • This is great on top of a smoked pulled pork sammich! Enjoy.
