Ingredients

How to make it

  • Salt and pepper one side of all the pork chops. Lay the seasoned side down into the flour. Then season the other side with salt and pepper.
  • Turn the pork chop over to dredge the other side of the chop. Rub the flour into the pork chop then turn it over and rub the flour into the other side. Shake off any excess flour onto the seasoned side of the next chop that you are going to dredge.
  • Lay the flour dredged pork chop into the egg wash and coat both sides very well the egg wash. Drip off any excess egg wash.
  • Lay the pork chop into the seasoned breadcrumbs and coat it well. I like to turn it over a couple of times and press the breadcrumbs into the chop with my palm.
  • Lay the breaded chops onto a rake in a baking pan Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven on the top center shelf for 35 minutes. Looh for a internal temp of 140 degrees.
  • Raise the temperature of the oven to broil and broil the pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes be careful not to burn.
  • Allow to rest 5 to 7 minutes before serving. If you cut into the chop to soon it will all the juices to drain and cause a dry pork chop.
