Not My Mom's Seafood Chowder

                    - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1 small grated carrot, for colour shopping list
- 1/2 can carnation milk, 0 % fat shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes(small) shopping list
- 1 1/2 T flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups combined - sm bottle clam juice 3/4 cup homemade chicken stock and 1/4 dry white wine. More or less will not effect the recipe shopping list
- pinch of dried parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 envelope chicken bouillion shopping list
- Sea food: 2 cups clams shopping list
- 1 cup bay scallops shopping list
- 1 cup shrimp, small or roughly chopped shopping list
- 2 cups steel headed trout or haddock, cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1 T olive oil, or more shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Sauté onions and celery in 1 tbsp. oil 5 min.
- Add potatoes, liquid, chicken bouillon, grated carrot and salt.
- Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add seafood and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour with small amount of evaporated milk to make a paste. Gradually stir in remaining milk. Add to potato mixture. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
- Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
