How to make it

  • Sauté onions and celery in 1 tbsp. oil 5 min.
  • Add potatoes, liquid, chicken bouillon, grated carrot and salt.
  • Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add seafood and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mix flour with small amount of evaporated milk to make a paste. Gradually stir in remaining milk. Add to potato mixture. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
