How to make it

  • Combine sugar, oil, flour, sale and cinnamon. Beat in eggs one at a time, stir in vanilla, carrots and walnuts.
  • Bake at 350 40-50 minutes.
  • For frosting mix together all ingredients until creamy. Frost when cake is cool and decorate with more walnuts and assorted fruit.
