Flank Steak Marinate Recipe

How to make it

  • Cut steak into portion size and place in a thick plastic bag. Pound steak until it is about 3/4 inch thick. Score in a diamond shape 3/4 of the way through.
  • Place all ingredients in a dish and stir. Place meat in marinate and turn to coat.
  • Marinate for 8 hours only. Turn occasionally.
  • BBQ on a hot grill, cut side down, flip and cook until med. rare.
  • This cooks very quick
