How to make it

  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container.
  • To prepare dressing, whisk together white wine vinegar and white balsamic to measure 1/4 cup, 2/3 cup olive oil, 2 large cloves of microplaned garlic and 1 tablespoon of the dry mix.
  • Let this sit on the counter for a few hours to let the flavours meld.
