Italian Sausages

                    - 4 kg pork, about 9 pounds shopping list
- 1-cup cold red wine shopping list
- 1/2-cup chopped dried parsley shopping list
- 10-tsp salt shopping list
- 4 to 5 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 2-tbsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 8-tbsp fennel seed, finely ground shopping list
- 1/2-tsp crushed red peppers flakes shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Cut pork into chunks and run through the grinder, coarse setting. Run through again, change blade to fine and run through grinder.
- Mix all other ingredients together and mix with the meat.
- Place into a bowl and place in fridge for 1 or 2 hours, longer is better
- Use the coarse blade to stuff the casings.
- Place the sausages in the fridge for 24 hours before freezing.
