How to make it

  • Cut pork into chunks and run through the grinder, coarse setting. Run through again, change blade to fine and run through grinder.
  • Mix all other ingredients together and mix with the meat.
  • Place into a bowl and place in fridge for 1 or 2 hours, longer is better
  • Use the coarse blade to stuff the casings.
  • Place the sausages in the fridge for 24 hours before freezing.
