Turkey... Again?

A simple dish for left over turkey. Sometimes I make biscuits to place on top, sometimes not. Serve over leftover mashed potatoes, green beans or whatever you like.
Ingredients
- 2 cups turkey shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 4 T marg. or butter shopping list
- 2 T flour shopping list
- 1/2 t cajun spice shopping list
- 1/2 t dried parsley shopping list
- 2 green onions, white part only, cut into 1/2 inch pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Melt marg. or butter in sauce pan
- add flour and cook for 2 minutes
- slowly add chicken broth and whisk until smooth
- add cajun spice and parsley
- place turkey in a oven proof dish
- poor gravy over turkey
- add green onions
- turn to coat
- bake for 25 minutes
