Sirloin Salad With Balsamic Vinegarette

- 6 cups spinach shopping list
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 8 oz. sirloin, cooked to your liking and sliced shopping list
- DRESSING shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place all the spinach in the bottom of a large salad bowl
- Place bacon in 1/6th of the bowl, then goat cheese in 1/6th, then almonds, cranberries, tomatoes and onion
- Add sirloin or any meat of your choice to the middle of your salad
- Enjoy with the dressing of your choice or the one below.
- DRESSING:
- Combine balsamic vinegar, garlic, and salt and pepper in a food processor and continually run until everything is well combined.
- Turn processor on and let it run and slowly while drizzling in olive oil until emulsified.
- Once combined, serve on the side or drizzle on salad and toss.
