Paleo Broccoli With Garlic Butter And Cashews

- 1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 1/3 cup grass-fed butter shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoon organic, raw honey shopping list
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos shopping list
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped raw cashews shopping list
How to make it
- Steam broccoli until tender but still crisp. Drain, and arrange broccoli on a serving platter.
- While the broccoli is cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Mix in remaining ingredients except cashews. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. Mix in the cashews, and pour the sauce over the broccoli. Serve immediately.
