Baked Salmon With Dill Cream Sauce

- Salmon fillet Skin On shopping list
- Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- Sunflower oil shopping list
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Cup Sour Cream shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Horseradish Root Grated shopping list
- 1/4 Cup celery Grated shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Green Onion Diced shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Finley Chopped Fresh Dill shopping list
- Salt & black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Season the fillet with the old bay seasoning and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- While the salmon is baking in a sauce pot on a low heat. Heat the oil and saute the horseradish and celery for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, Whisk until smooth bring to a simmer and add the dill. Shut off and cover until the salmon is ready.
- Remove the salmon from the oven when cooked through dress with the dill sauce and serve.
