Pizza Dough

I adore this pizza dough. It's tastier than any of the other places I've gotten pizza from. I think it's the addition of parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings that I use. I make this in the bread machine and it comes out ready to roll out and bake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 2 T water shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 3 cups better for bread flour shopping list
- 1 t sugar shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 2 1/2 t bread machine or dry active yeast shopping list
- 2 T grated Parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 t dried Italian seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Place all dough ingredients in a bread pan in the order listed. Press SELECT until the number "9" is displayed indicating the dough cycle. Press START.
- After 90 minutes of preparation in the bread machine, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake dough 8 minutes, put toppings on it an then bake another 10 minutes or until ingredients are cooked. Makes 2 crusts.
