Impossible Chard Pie

- 6 slices thick cut bacon, diced shopping list
- 1 vidalia onion, diced shopping list
- 4 cups diced chard, stems and leaves shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded gruyere cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup Bisquick mix (I use my own mixture) shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, saute diced bacon and onions until bacon is browned and onions are soft. Add diced chard and garlic, saute until chard stems are softened. Let cool while preparing a 10" pie plate with cooking spray. Spread chard mixture in bottom and top with cheddar and gruyere cheese.
- Combine rest of ingredients (eggs, milk, bisquick, Parmesan) and pour over chard mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tester inserted in middle comes out clean and top is golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
