How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet, saute diced bacon and onions until bacon is browned and onions are soft. Add diced chard and garlic, saute until chard stems are softened. Let cool while preparing a 10" pie plate with cooking spray. Spread chard mixture in bottom and top with cheddar and gruyere cheese.
  • Combine rest of ingredients (eggs, milk, bisquick, Parmesan) and pour over chard mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until tester inserted in middle comes out clean and top is golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
