- 12 chicken Thighs Skin Removed shopping list
- Salt and Fresh Ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour + 1 Tbsp Light brown sugar added shopping list
- 3 Eggs with 1 Tbsp of Water Added shopping list
- 2 to 3 Cups of Italian seasoned breadcrumbs shopping list

- 1/2 to Loaf hardened Italian bread shopping list
- 3 or 4 Garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/2 Cup fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 cup Italian grated cheese shopping list
- Or panco crumbs seasond the same way shopping list
- Extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Season the chicken well with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
- Dredge them in the flour rub the flour in. Thoroughly dip the chicken in the egg wash. Then dredge them in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Place them on a dry baking rack in a pan or tray lightly brush the chicken with extra virgin olive oil on all sides.

- Add the parsley and garlic to a food processor to a fine consistency. Then add the bread pulse it to the desired consistency for this recipe not to fine.
