Arugula Tomato Quinoa Salad

- • 4 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (red and yellow) shopping list
- • 4 cups arugula or spinach shopping list
- • 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa shopping list
- • 1/4 cup fresh chopped mint or basil shopping list
- • 2 tbsp Mazola Corn Oil shopping list
- • 2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- • 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- • 2 oz crumbled feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Add cooked, cooled quinoa to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
